Actually, my email address is correct and always has been. However,
there was a problem with my servers email configuration that lead to
many bounces between sunday and monday and that is the reason, why
certain github notifications have not been send out. I fixed that
problem on Monday afternoon, however I don't know, why still some
notifications from yesterday are missing.
I am not sure, why the tag got lost, but have fixed that now. Thanks for
noticing.
