Yeah, Travis performance seems to have gotten worse in the past (perhaps
more projects are using Travis, I don't know). It used to be okay in the
past, but I haven't paid much attention to Travis for some months. When
I did, Travis did usually start really fast when submitting jobs in the
morning (in Europe), while in the evening it took some time until a
Travis system started to build.
So if possible you might want to start submit patches earlier a day ;)
