Gvim compiled with DirectX=yes (64-bit, 8.0.1-426, Windows 7) doesn't display
character U+0095 correctly. Compiled with DirectX=no, there are no problems.
1) COPY r.txt to e.g. r.bat (an extension with syntax)
2) Open BOTH files as follows:
gvim r.*
The problem may be related to the rendering of syntax.
