It looks like this patch does not fix the problem. I am not sure why
this happens, If I put other keys into the typeahead buffer it works
correctly, don't know why K_IGNORE does not work.
How about this patch instead:

I did create a new installer here:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chrisbra/vim-win32-installer-33v6e and
that release works for me. Everybody please check.
