With GTK+ 3.20, GTK+ CSS was changed in a non-backwards-compatible way, and
it was said at that time that they had no plan to introduce another
breakage in the foreseeable future.

Now we have 3.22, the last stable release of the 3.x series. No change so
far.

On this occasion, I propose an update of gui_x11.txt as follows:

(1) Update the subsection gtk-tooltip-colors.

Since GTK+ CSS changed the syntax for selectors, the current contents are
outdated. I'd like to add an example suitable for GTK+ 3 >= 3.20.

(2) Add a new subsection, gtk-css.

With two simple, illustrative examples, I'm trying to convey to the reader
an idea on how to use GTK+ CSS for Vim without going into details too much.

If you have suggestions or find anything wrong, please let me know.

Best regards
Kazunobu
