Hi,

I am attaching a patch with the following fixes in the quickfix
functionality:

1. Set the proper return status for all cases in setqflist().
2. Add test cases for checking the return status of setqflist()
3. The "adding" flag in qf_init_ext() is set when FEAT_WINDOWS
is defined but later used outside of FEAT_WINDOWS.
Move the "adding" flag outside of FEAT_WINDOWS.
4. Minor update to the setqflist() help text.

- Yegappan
