The crux of this is whether or not "url" has moved into the dictionary
as a word on its own.  As an acronym, it should be referred to as "URL"
(note the caps), and so "a URL" is appropriate (because the "U" is a
long u when treated as an acronym), and so "a URL" is appropriate.

However, as a word, url has a short-u start and so should be referred to
as "an url".

So more changes are needed -- all the "url"s will become "URL"s.  I'm
afraid that I never referred to any URLs in the pi_netrw.txt file, just
urls, so the change "an URL" to "a URL" isn't quite right either (while
we're in pedantic mode).
