Hi all,

When I do this:
 1. vim -u NONE
 2. :term
 3. c-w w
 4. c-w w

At step 4, the :term buffer gets the focus but a few bytes seem to be
sent to the buffer as well. They're displayed right over my prompt on
the first line, first column, and there doesn't seem to be a way to
get rid of them.

This is using Vim 8.0.0946 under a Debian 8 and a Gnome terminal.

Thanks.
