Hi, By 8.0.1133 (f3d769a585), the guibg of ToolbarLine was changed from DarkGrey to Grey50. However, Grey50 isn't listed in rgb_table[] of term.c, thus potentially resulting in E254 against some rare cases (Actually, I got it occasionally while running the test suite on iTerm2). Attached is a patch to fix it by adding the color to the table.
(Side Note: I first thought Grey50 was a typo of Grey40 since the former is not listed in the table while the latter is. To clarify the situation, I ran :Termdebug on a GUI and a termguicolors-enabled terminal for comparison and concluded that Grey50 made the buttons look nicer than Grey40.
