Ah, yes, audio and video are there, but picture was missing.
I notice 'source' was added, but it's an empty tag, thus should not be
listed.

No, <p> does not add indent. It can also be used in pairs, but figuring
that out it too complcated. And it's OK for indenting, because they
don't nest:
