AFAIK, nothing that has() could test. On Linux, doing

        file `which vim`

(in the shell) returns

        /usr/local/bin/vim: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, (etc.)

but I don't know if there is a Windows utility with similar functionality.
