The files dont have to be on www.vim.org just links to where ever the
files are.
The files could be on GitHub along with the rest of the Vim files.
If not in the same repo as Vim then another repo with same file
structure and then all the translations would be the same place.
Easy to find, download, change, compare, check.
And if a translators website is shut down the translations are not lost.
Someone else could take over the translation work.
