After this patch, starting Vim or gVim with one or more files as
arguments causes it to crash on Windows (8.1 x64 compiled using mingw64
gcc version 8.2). Windows just says that the program has stopped working.
FEAT_MBYTE is defined.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to work out exactly what the problem is.
