A 'diffupdate' specific new event would be a solution. But we have to still check OptionSet as well for something like 'diffthis' and 'set nodiff'. Is it possible and reasonable to use OptionSet even for 'diffupdate'? For example, with v:option_old = '1' and v:option_new = '1'.
