A question posted on the vi.stackexchange.com website (https://vi.stackexchange.com/questions/16230/how-can-i-remove-the-default-digraphs) seems a good opportunity for me to get my hands dirty with contributing to the community. Is there any interest in the capability to enable/disable the default digraphs on the fly, and also to allow deletion of user-made digraphs? I've already implemented the former but don't want to waste any more time if it's not likely to be wanted. I
