Is this solution correct adding 'completeshellslash' options?
Originally the problem is that when 'shell' contains 'cmd.exe' on MS-Windows,
setting 'shellslash' will cause the behavior of quote of 'shellescape()' to be
wrong, isn't it?
If so, I think it would be better to fix that like below.
:h shellescape()
...
On MS-Windows and MS-DOS, when 'shellslash' is not set, it
will enclose {string} in double quotes and double all double
quotes within {string}.
