You can use (almost) the same options as MSVC.
No need to set PYTHON3_HOME, PYTHON3INC and DYNAMIC_PYTHON3_DLL.
It might be better to use slashes for the path instead of backslashes.

If you want to understand more details about the options, see the makefiles
(e.g. Make_cyg_ming.mak, Make_ming.mak, Make_mvc.mak).
