Patch 8.1.1066
Problem:    VIMDLL isn't actually used.
Solution:   Remove VIMDLL support.
Files:      src/gui_w32.c, src/main.c, src/os_w32exe.c, src/Make_bc5.mak,
            src/os_w32dll.c
