OK, I marked four features as always disabled:

-  *+farsi*             |farsi| language
-  *+sun_workshop*      |workshop|; no longer supported
-  *+tag_old_static*    old method for static tags |tag-old-static|
-  *+tag_any_white*     Removed; was to allow any white space in tags files

There probably are a few more.
