Hm, are you running a DNS cache/server on your local system? Try
enabling the google DNS (8.8.8.8) or IBMs (9.9.9.9) or Cloudflares
(1.1.1.1), that should work and they should be fast.

I see this:

Using the google DNS:
nslookup travis-ci.org 8.8.8.8
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8

Nicht autorisierende Antwort:
Name: travis-ci.org
Addresses: 23.21.73.177
         204.236.227.162
           184.73.213.82

My normal DNS Server:
nslookup travis-ci.org
Server: fritz.box
Address: 192.168.178.1

Nicht autorisierende Antwort:
Name: travis-ci.org
Addresses: 23.21.73.177
