Bram,
there exists a project called Gitlocalize (https://gitlocalize.com),
that allows to create online localizations. It expects an input path (po
file) and a target file (e.g. de.po). It then analyzes the input and
allows to edit the translation files via a webbrowser.
Once the translations are ready, a user can then automatically create a
PR. I think enabling the gitlocalize access to the vim repository can be
beneficial, what do you think?
If we want to enable this, we need however to check in the vim.po file,
otherwise we do not have all available input translations avilable.
