Regarding the vim_mac mailing list, it's not very active, but I do see
people posting there once in a while. It's usually a mix of issues /
questions between MacVim and Vim (on macOS) as people usually conflate the
two as the same thing. For MacVim, most discussions I do are usually on
GitHub these days, but it seems that some people still prefer a mailing
list format. If it's not too much trouble I think we could keep it.
