I can try to add them of of course (I need to be very careful not to 
forget anything when creating those patches, it's amazing that Bram was 
able to do so without problems).

I should also mention, that the full log (including diff and changed 
files, which I also left out) is available using git log. Gathering all 
that information for more than 2000 patches is ... well time consuming.
