Thanks!  I'll merge it right away.  I didn't know about these
shortcuts before reading this post. :)

(Note that Nico has written the patch so that these mappings won't be
defined if the variable "macvim_skip_cmd_opt_movement" is set in
.vimrc just like all the other Mac OS X keyboard mappings -- not
counting menu key equivalents, of course.)
