Hi,

I have MacVim set to open files from applications "in a new
window"..."and set the arglist". This works fine, except when I'm
opening a file that is already open, in which case it raises the vim
instance and opens a new tab with the file. It seems like the proper
behavior would be to do the equivalent of ":e <file>" in that vim
instance, rather than opening a new tab.

Matt
