Aaah. If MacVim is started from the command line then the bug appears (i.e. Cmd-q if MacVim is open, then type 'mvim' in Terminal), if it is started from Finder it does not. This is why I could never see the bug when I was trying to debug in Xcode! Can somebody confirm this?
