Works for me. Keyboard Shortcuts, All Applications, "Edit in MacVim…" Make sure to use the ellipsis character (Alt-; on a US keyboard) and not three separate dots! > - MacVim doesn't come to the front, have to switch to it manually I think this is on purpose. If MacVim came to the front, then all MacVim windows would, and they would obscure anything else you're working on.
