Thank you very much - I have been sorely missing this feature ever
since I got my Mac.
After a bit of searching I found out that it is possible to get the
super-duper window
switcher in Witch to be associated with apple tab by installing "Pull
tab" additionally
(http://www.ragingmenace.com/software/pulltab/index.html).
