This is a bit of a pity, I have a few bindings set up (such as c-m c for
⌘, c-m l for ⇢, c-m c-s for ⇧, etc) that I use pretty regularly.  
… But it looks like they don't work in snapshot 47 either, so it  
looks like I don't use these shortcuts while I'm in MacVim. So it's  
not too big of a deal, I guess.
