I set up a new repository to host the "Edit in ..." input manager code
last night for this very reason.  You can find it here:

It should be possible to build it and install manually.  I only tried
building and that worked, but I think it will complain if you don't
have the 10.4 SDK installed.  If so it should be possible to go into
the build settings and change the SDK version.

If anybody tries and is successful (in building and installing) please
let me know how you did it and I'll update the README.  I can merge
patches too if that is necessary, but note that I do not intend to
work on this project.
