I have MacVim installed via brew, version 7.4-71. I start either mvim or vim from a bash shell where i have set $VIM, $VIMRUNTIME. But inside vim or MacVim, these variables says '/usr/lo cal/Cellar/macvim/7.4-71/MacVim.app/Contents/Resources/vim/' etc. Although i want my runtime from ~/.vim/runtime. When i tested with the other brew vim installed from debian.org, this read the environment variables and set the rtp accordingly. Is there a way to fix this?
