Some plugins that load in regular vim do not load in macvim. I'm specifically 
having difficulty with "vim-do" and "YouCompleteMe". I'm having trouble even 
debugging why this would be the case. I've tried a bunch of different things 
including building from source. YouCompleteMe is especially puzzling because 
about half the commands are available while the other half are not.

Any insight into how to debug or why this would be would be much appreciated.
