The only thing this proves is that the HTML docs are out-of-date. You 
should always search the built-in help first. In this case, just type

        :help cpo-I

in Vim after (if necessary) updating your runtime files. The latest 
options.txt is dated 2008 Sep 04 as shown in its first line.
