Hello ...

I recently noticed that when replying to emails, I use j k extensively,
which is quite slow ...

How do other people move around mails (especially when replying)?
Is there some way to make } (move by paragraph) ignore the quoting?

Also it would be nice to be able to tell Vim somehow that > is used for
indenting, such that text object commands like dii could be used - is
this possible?

(I know about Vim Tip 228 [1], but this is only partly useful, because
sometimes I don't want to delete everything.)

TIA,
Andreas
