Txtfmt lets you highlight plain text documents in Vim with eight
configurable text colors and any combination of format attributes
(e.g.,
bold, underline, italic, etc...). If you like to create plain text
documents in Vim, but sometimes miss a word processor's arbitrary text
highlighting capability, this plugin is for you.

*** Release Description ***
This is a bugfix release. If you use Txtfmt in a non-GUI version of
Vim,
you should download this version. Previous versions didn't embolden
the
default colors properly in a color terminal.

Moreover, anyone using a version older than 1.1 should upgrade, as 1.1
was the first version to support multibyte encodings such as utf-8.

As always, I welcome any and all comments, suggestions, and
questions...
