Hello, for the last few days I've been trying to subscribe to this list, and failed several times - something that I'm really not used to. I've seen reports describing what seems to be the same problem from people in 2007, but according to Bram these problems have been fixed...
I'm able to reproduce the problems I'm talking about as follows: - I send a message to [email protected]. - I receive a subscription confirmation request and reply to it. - I receive a message, saying that my subscription request was received, but that I were already subscribed to the list ("We know you are excited about this group, but it looks like you are already subscribed to it."). Of course I was _not_ subscribed to the list before. After this, messages from the vim list start to come in. However, after successfully unsubscribing and re-subscribing using the same address (this time I receive the regular welcome message, not the silly "We know you are exited..." one), I don't get vim list messages anymore. Re-unsubscribing and re-re-subscribing etc. using the same address doesn't change this. Using a different address starts the whole process from the beginning. So, my question is basically: where should complaints about this go to? I've seen the [1]Google Groups Help Forum, but I doubt that's the right place. Any hints?
