I'm using Windows XP. I set gvim as the default editor for text files,
so that opening a text file causes gvim to open. I want all subsequent
text file that are opened, to be opened as tabs of the first gvim
window.
I noticed the command-line switch "--remote-tab". That works - but -
if there's no windows already open it first gives and error:
"E247: no registered server name"GVIM";"

Is there way to get rid of this error? or a different way to get the
behavior I stated?
