with the following three improvement:
(1) fix completion hanging after starting from non-word characters
(2) add pumheight=10 to limit the height of popup menu
(3) add two entries on data file for testing datafile:
(3.1) english<C-^> should show Chinese translation for
"English"
(3.2) chinese<C-^> should show Chiense translation for
"Chinese"
