A weird problem that I can't figure it out, ChineseIME just works
when I start a new vim, and use it in [no name] buffer,
then after I edit other files, <C-\> has no any effect, why?
My .vimrc just has one line relative to ChineseIME:
let g:ChineseIME_Toggle_InertMode=1
