This is bottom posting. Interleaved posting is also bottom posting. If you read the reference, Dan acknowledges that the term "bottom posting" is only accurate for this specific type of interleaved posting where there is only one query and one response, but that in practice the term "bottom posting" is used to refer to general interleaved posting as well. This is roughly what I was going to expand on, but felt Dan explains it better.
