yes, by first determining the decimal value of the Unicode codepoint 
number and then checking the output of ":digraphs". There are two 
helpful things about this:
- the listing is in ascending order of codepoint value (all standard 
digraphs first, then legacy digraphs from Vim 5.x)
- it is now possible to scroll backwards at the |more-prompt| or 
|hit-enter-prompt|.
