I actually think this would be fairly worthless. .vimrc files are
rarely helpful for other people in their entirety, seldom well-
commented, and probably duplicate much functionality found in many
other places.
I think it would be far better to encourage people to take small,
relevant, generally useful chunks from their .vimrc files and place
them in plugins or on the Vim Tips Wiki.
