Yes, and the first hit, 
http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/Setting_the_font_in_the_GUI includes a code 
snippet which you can copy&paste into your vimrc, to select a 'guifont' 
value in a format which your version of gvim will accept: there are four 
different possible formats for 'guifont' (and there used to be a fifth 
one) and each version of gvim accepts only one of them. Happily, it is 
relatively easy for a script to determine in which version of Vim it is 
running.

After copying that snippet, you can of course modify it according to 
your personal tastes and to which fonts are installed on your computer(s).
