...or without ":set hidden" but with ":set noequalalways winminheight=0
winheight=9999" (which can be shortened to ":set noea wmh=0 wh=9999") so
that the current window expands all the way and the others are reduced
to only a status line (with the filename) above or below the current
window, in a fashion similar to that of a Rolodex notebook.
