I know - wrong group! :-) Really though - I am happy to say that after a protracted absence from the VIM group, I have finally made it back! :-P My network setup was hacked, then a new virus attacked us, then our hard drives died. (Most probably because of the other things!) And finally, our antivirus software started deleting files which we had to fight the good figt against. I hope everyone has been doing well and I do have an annoucement: These are:
I am leaving the vim group! NO! Just joking! :-) I have set up an SVN repository for my VERY few VIM syntax files. These can be accessed via your browser at http://www.sim1.us:8080/svn/vim_stuff. The account is "Anonymous" with the password "vim". The account is set to read only. Updates to these files can be sent to me via e-mail to [email protected]. I've also uploaded my syntax coloring file (mark.vim) and my general set of macros (ie: my .vimrc file). There are macros in the .vimrc file to format documentation headers for various languages such as C/C++, FreeBasic, etc... which you might want to look at and possible include in your own .vimrc file. Have fun everyone! Mark Manning PS: A thanks to Romel Anthony S. Bismonte <mailto:[email protected]> who just sent me an update to the FreeBasic.vim file. He got me off my butt enough to finish setting up the vim repository. :-) (Working as a hospital's software guru really does suck up all of your time!) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message from the "vim_use" maillist.
