There's no way to conveniently achieve what you want, but there
are helpful steps, some using bufdo and some vimgrep.

Go to the Vim Tips wiki (vim.wikia.com) and click "Searching
category" in the sidebar (or you can click "more" at the bottom
of its menu). In particular, have a look at these:

  Running a command on all buffers
  Search and replace in all buffers
  Search and replace in all open buffers
