Looks like spam to me, but I'm not sure because I don't have anybody at
hand who can read chinese :( Anyway, the big attach should have been
enough to not allow the message and ask the author to resend the message
without the attachment.

Let's see if redspider can throw some light on this issue, because I
must confess I missed the message entirely.

I've deleted the chinese text just in case it can be matched by a spam
filter. It can be accessed thru the mailing list archives and of course
redspider (or any other willing member who can read/write Chinese) can
provide a translation of some kind.
