Split your window using ":vsplit". Adjust them vertically. Then make
sure that the 'scrollbind' option is set in all three and nowhere else.
Then:

- when you scroll the current window, all three will scroll together
- in gvim, when you scroll an inactive window by means of its scrollbar,
the other two won't scroll, thus allowing you to "fix" it if ever your
windows get out of sync.

See
        :help :vsplit
        :help :windo
        :help 'scrollbind'

Best regards,
Tony.
