Nikesh, if you want to change it again, try browsing to http://groups.google.com/groups/mysubs (which may require logging in to Google). There, in the last column, I see a roll-down widget for each subscribed group, with the following options: * No email * Email * Digest Email * Abridged Email * Unsubscribe The differeence between "No email" and "Unsubscribe" is that as long as you're subscribed (even in the "No email" category), you may still post to the group. You may also be interested in http://groups.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?hl=en&topic=9244 which is part of the Google Groups help system. Personally I find the questions people ask and the answers they get (in most cases on questions I wouldn't even have thought of asking) extremely enlightening about how to make the best use of Vim. You may prefer getting a summary of all recent topics but (unless you prefer to read the Vim Google Groups *every day* by means of your browser) I wouldn't set it to absolutely no email.
