Technically, yes.  Highlight the words you want to search for, yank to
clipboard, then '/^V' to paste back from the clipboard.  That's what I
usually do.

If you mean a "built-in" way, like highlight words then ^S to /s/earch
or something, then no (at least not that I know of), unless you work
some keymap-magic on it.

I don't do that often enough that it would be warranted for me to
conjure up something along those lines.
